Serge Nicholson and Jason Barker

Co-producers of Transfabulous. Serge and Jason have been working together on Transfabulous for 3 years now. We've produced parties, performance evenings, events and picnics. This is our second festival and we're absolutely thrilled to be working on it with such a talented and interesting bunch of people.

Jin Haritaworn

Jin has put together the exciting workshop programme for this year's festival. We gave him the vaguest of briefs ("um...talking stuff") and he's come up with a selection of true trans radicals and revolutionaries presenting workshops to inspire, provoke, stimulate and empower.

 

Josephine Wilson

Performer Josephine Wilson blew everyone away with her dance at last year's festival. We're delighted that she's involved with Transfabulous again this year as a programmer. Josephine has selected the acts for Sunday evening's show, choosing emerging talents and new faces on the London queer performance scene.

 

Simon Croft

Visual artist Simon is another artist back with Transfabulous in a different capacity. Last year we exhibited Simon's work in the gallery, this year he is programming the films. Simon is putting together a great mixture of contemporary trans film and some gems from the archive that deserve another viewing.

 

Jay Stewart and Catherine McNamara

Catherine and Jay are great movers and shakers of the trans community. They were responsible for the recent Sci-dentity project, working with young trans people. Besides all their work on the Trans with Pride conference, Jay and Catherine of Gendered Intelligence are organising the Artists Talks session, having put together the wonderful Symposium at last year's festival.
